These are just some of the workshops I run under the program. If you're an organisation, event or group, I can run one of these for you, or create one from scratch. Talk to me.

- PULSATING LOVE ACTIVIST: using the power of your own creativity to be a Love Ambassador to yourself, to the woman sitting beside you and the community as a whole.

- CORNS, STRETCHMARKS, LADY BEARDS: a celebration of what we're often told are flaws, a self-'thumbs up' to parts of ourselves that certain factions of society would rather we didn't.

- DREAM MAP PARTY: No dream is too wild or 'impossible', or else it would be 'impossible' to dream it. In this workshop, we use creativity to help it along.
Ladies, bring your dreams with you, you hear me? There'll be a tooth-fairy at the door to check that you do!

- MUS(E)IC: Music is part of the same energy pool of creativity as drawing, painting, poetry, dance. And in the centre of that pool...is you. In this workshop, music is used to fuel different creative expressions.

- SHE-SHRINES: I am spirit/ cocooned like a baby/ in this temporary vessel of mine. This workshop is about honouring & celebrating the essence of what makes you You by creating a shrine to yourSelf.
